This month may bring some colder temps and waning light, but we are embracing the season with some hearty cuisine. Our breakfast hash gets a little Mexican flair with the addition of beef barbacoa. The pumpkin and apple salad is simply delicious! Yup. We did it. We put a fried egg on a burger (and bacon and gruyere), enjoy! The yogurt-marinated chicken is the comfort food you didn’t even know you’ve been craving. Save room for a slice of pumpkin cheesecake with IPA-caramel sauce. ‘Tis pumpkin season after all!
