We updated the 1930’s cocktail Blood and Sand and we are pretty happy with it. Our AK minty mocha was inspired by Maya Wilson, Alaska from Scratch cookbook author, and it highlights many local ingredients. We are keeping it classy with a pinot noir flight, taste the difference between regions and producers. The brewery brings us a dark, rich imperial stout that will make you want to bow down in admiration.
