March brings lots of sunlight as we approach the first day of spring! Alaska’s spring may not mimic the rest of the country, but Alaskans know: summer is near. The avocado tacos are perfect for a quick and filling lunch. If you’re dreaming of berry season then try our blueberry vinaigrette salad. The avocado pesto pasta highlights fresh, local spaghettoni from Alaska Pasta Company. We couldn’t let this month pass us by without paying homage to St. Patty’s day with an Irish cream creme brulee.

A Note from the Bar
We’re feeling festive this month and we’ve got some fun cocktails to prove it! The grown-up grasshopper and Irish cold killer toddy are both inspired by the Emerald Isle. The AK blueberry-basil lemonade has us dreaming of warmer, sun-filled days. The Tangent viognier pairs well with our jerk chicken sandwich, steamer mussels, and curried carrot soup. The brewery’s Olympus Pils is crisp, fruity, and fresh. Perfect for planning future adventures.
