A Note from the Grill
November’s inspiration is drawn from local author, Kim Sunée’s new cookbook, Everyday Korean. You’ll see Korean staples such as gochugaru (red pepper powder), gochujang (red chili paste), and kimchi (spicy, fermented cabbage) popping up in many of our specials. We had a lot of fun creating these dishes and working with flavors that are not found in our usual Latin-inspired fare. Get out of your Tooth comfort zone this month and try something new!

A Note from the Bar
Soju, a Korean spirit, makes its debut on our menu this month with the help of some kitchen collaboration. Our kimchi bloody mary and Korean colada were inspired by the Everyday Korean cookbook by local author Kim Sunée. Tim’s cranberry toddy will get you in the holiday spirit and our wine flight is perfect for colder weather. The brewery sent us Giant Pacific Red, a Red IPA, with a tropical aroma and hints of blackberry and pine. Treat yo’ tastebuds!
